Notice for businessmen in the pedestrian zone

The town authority has decided that in connection with the pedestrian zone reconstruction and its following new appearance it will be no more possible to to use A-frame supports for advertising (in the part from Evropska Street as far as to King  George Square including neighbouring sections of the pedestrian zone).
Location of these supports  will not be permitted any more in this locality. Only such A-frame supports will temporarily permitted which had been permitted in the past and the term is given by authority previous decision. And such permissions will not be prolonged after  expiration. Businessmen interested in A-frame supports are asked to use other kind of advertising their businesses  in this coherence. An important change in the field of advertising posts also concerns the area of the town historical reserve. In this part of the town the A-frame supports will only be permitted for one year. The town authority wants to have unified sign boards in the centre in the future.
Next change connected with the pedestrian zone reconstruction concerns  terraces in front of restaurants. They will not be permitted any more as closed constructions with floor of any kind but only as units composed of portable equipment, that means tables, chairs and sun umbrellas located directly on the ground which enables their easy removing in time when they are not used. Likely the A-frame supports only those terraces will be permitted temporarily where the expiration term was given by the town authority in the past. Such type of terraces will not be permitted after expiration. The same will be required in the area of town historical reserve. Terraces will be permitted for one year only. It is possible to ask for one year in advance.
