During the project preparation the cooperation with the partner consisted in preparation professional consultations when processing the construction project documentation, providing entry data for processed analysis of the business milieu in the locality.

Following will be ensured by the partner for 5 years after finishing the project (in the so called project tenability time):
- performance of school group, e.g. Youth Brass Orchestra at ceremonial inauguration
- every 2 years the Youth Brass Orchestra performs in the pedestrian zone in frames of FIJO festival
- advertising the project in the Basic Art School premises.
