Májová Street reconstruction continues according to the plans. Recent heavy rains did not endanger the termination date which is the end of October. "In case it rained in the previous part of road reconstruction, there surely would be some delay. Fortunately, it did not," Monika Štádlerová, construction site manager said.

Some rumours saying that Májová Street will be one-way street in the future appeared in relationship with the fact that pavement was extended in part of the street near Terea, where the architects planned parking space. "I have also heard it. Anyway, nothing like it is going to happen. After being finished, the street will have two traffic lanes as before," Štádlerová said.Above mentioned part of the communication will be changed even artistically apart from parking possibilities. Three ornamental pear trees will be planted here, which you already can see in the pedestrian zone.
