In Májová Street, from the crossroad with Dukelská Street as far as to the crossroad with Valdštejnova Street demolition work is continuing. The builders also uncovered pavement around customs authority where about 40 cm thick layer of concrete surprised them.

Under this layer many cables are situated (for example, a telephone exchange is situated near here in Valdštejnova Street) so it was not possible to use an excavator. "Therefore compressor and manual work had to be used," Monika Štádlerová, construction manager, described, adding that discovering two collectors was quite unexpected, too.Laying cables for telecommunications, data communication and public lighting continues in the above mentioned section of Májová Street. During the next days, new ramp construction is planned to start at Svět cinema.
