Time axis leads from the end near former Bata shop (2011: 950 years passed since the first written mention about Cheb), so far until the year 1830

Construction work of the period I. Is finishing. In the whole section from former Bata shop to Savings Bank drainage cover showing the most important historical dates of the town was laid this week, traffic lights returned to the crossing in Májová Street, also  laying pavement is coming to its end.

Everything is focused on installation and completing equipment including a very welcomed refreshment element - drinking point near  Savings Bank. Approval will be done until the end of August, so that period II. can start in the beginning of September, the section from Terea to the border of pedestrian zone with the square (the construction facilities were already transferred to Prior department store).
In the first period only 3 big public lights will appear in front of Savings Bank, where from 14 light posts (height 4 m) will be placed in direction towards Evropsá Street. 4 of total 22 benches will be larger size and situated round trees. Mobiliar will be completed with 12 litter bins, 3 with paper bags for dogs´ excrements, 4 cylinder shaped 3 m high hoardings, sound information pannel and tourist indicators. Children will surely be pleased by 3 spring seesaws in front of Savings Bank.
Spots for planting 6 ornamental pear trees and  5 plane trees will temporarily be covered regarding the summer vegetation period of the trees. They  will probably be planted in October.
