Period I: January 2008 - August 2009

Includes the preparation and realization project stage:

1) Preparation stage (January2008 - February 2009) is connected with all preparations demanded for the future project realization, which includes:

• working out the project documentation for the given grade of managing
• working out the grant application including obligatory supplements
• selection procedure (construction suppliers, publicity, artwork contractors competition)


2) Realization stage (from March 2009) starts in stage I, continues in stage II and III until the project´s end in July 2011.

Parts of the project:

• Construction work (the most significant financial volume) - in stage I it concerns pedestrian zone reconstruction in the section Májová Street to Evropská Sstreet.

Period II: September 2009 - June 2010
• Construction work (the most significant financial volume) - solves pedestrian zone reconstruction in the section King George Square (Náměstí Krále Jiřího) to Májová Street section, part of which is artwork in form of demogram.

Period III: July 2010 - December 2010

• Construction work (the most significant financial volume) - solution of Májová Street and Valdštejnova Street crossroad

• Administration and monitoring the period
• Final evaluation of the whole action
• Elaborating the final payment and monitoring report


Physical project (construction) termination is planned on 31.10.2010, the whole project termination (administrative) is on 31.12. 2010.
